Process

If you’re ready to begin the journey to a new career with the help of Résumés 4 Success - take these steps:

  1. Call or book online to arrange for an Obligation Free discussion with one of our consultants

  2. After we establish the particular services that will suit your needs, a firm quote will be provided. We require  your current documentation to assist us with the relevant level of  service.  Remember it’s tax deductible.

  3. Upon approval of your quote and payment - we will book a consultation and begin to prepare the documentation you require. Drafts will be sent to you for review and amendment as your job progresses.

  4. Once you have reviewed the drafts and made any changes, a final version of your documents will be emailed and hard copies sent via mail directly to you In certain circumstances, we can also send your job application directly to the employer or employment agency on your behalf.
 

Timings

Our timings are consistent with the amount of production required to effectively prepare and personalise your documentation.

Please allow for:

  • 10 - 20 minutes for your consultation interview with one of our professional consultants conducted by phone, email, the internet, or a combination
  • Generally, a standard 3–5 days turnaround time for your final documentation – faster deadlines can be met if required and there is an additional fee of $75 for timelines of 2 working days or less.

Our consultants may need to talk to you on more than one occasion via email, the phone, or internet – as your documentation is refined. There are no extra costs involved for this service.

If you feel you require a ‘Face-to-Face’ interview, an additional fee of $75 is charged at the time of consultation (please discuss with your Consultant).

 

Résumé On-Line Service

Unique to Résumés 4 Success, we also offer a free service to all of our customers called Résumé On-Line. At no charge we can send your résumé to our allied Job Placement Agencies where it will be entered into a master database available to Employment Agencies looking for new job applicants.
